摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce an abrasion quantity of both by forming a friction material of an iron sintered body forming black rust on the sliding surface and/or a mating material of cast iron forming black rust on the sliding surface. SOLUTION: In this device, there are three constitutions that a friction material is an iron sintered body having black rust formed on a sliding surface, while a mating material is cast iron having black rust formed on a sliding surface; the friction material is an iron sintered body having black rust formed on the sliding surface, while the mating material is cast iron having no black rust on the sliding surface; and the friction material is an iron sintered body having no block rust on the sliding surface and the mating material is cast iron having black rust formed on the sliding surface. In the iron sintered body, a friction conditioner and a lubricant are mixed with iron powder of a main component to be pressurized/compressed to be formed as a green compact, and this is heated/sintered. Gray cast iron is used as the cast iron, and for example, general steam processing is applied to form the black rust on the sliding surface. Such constitution can reduce the total abrasion quantity of the friction material and the mating material, can reduce the size and weight of the device, and can prolong the service life.
