PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conducive roll capable of restraining increase of electrical resistance at the time of bearing image delivery, causing no toner electrifying failure and capable of providing excellent pictorial quality. SOLUTION: This electrically conductive roll has a base rubber layer 2 formed on an outer peripheral surface of a shaft body 1, an intermediate layer 3 formed on an outer peripheral of the base rubber layer 2 and a surface layer 4 formed on an outer peripheral of the intermediate layer 3. The surface layer 4 contains components of (A): urethane polymer having an ionic segment in molecule structure, (B): electrolyte and (C): an electronic conductive agent and it is formed by using a resin composition with a blending ratio of the (A) component to the (C) component set in the range of (A) component/(C) component = (100/2)-(100/35) in a volumetric ratio. |
