PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate a large electric current in an accelerator by making an incident orbit by arranging a bipolar magnet on a revolving orbit of a revolving accelerator, making a revolving orbit by arranging a bipolar magnet having opposite polarity, and making a charged particle continuously incident. SOLUTION: An electromagnet 8 and an electromagnet 8' mutually reverse in polarity, an electromagnet 9 and an electromagnet 9' are the same, polarity of the adjacent electromagnets 8, 9 and the electromagnets 8', 9' mutually reverses, and an absolute value and a width of magnetic fields of the respective electromagnets are equal to each other. An electron advances on an incident orbit 1 from an incident unit to pass through the boundary vicinity of the electromagnets 9, 9' and the boundary vicinity of the electromagnets 8, 8' through electromagnets 12, 10 to pass through to a revolving electron orbit 3. While, the revolving electron passes through the boundary vicinity of the electromagnets 9, 9' and the electromagnets 8, 8' through electromagnets 11', 11, 10' to pass through to the revolving electron orbit 3. On and after that, the electron repeatedly revolves around the revolving electron orbits 2, 3, so that incidence can be quietly performed without using a pulse magnetic field and a pulse electric field.
