PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reversible circuit element where assembly of a matching capacitor is easy and reliability is high. SOLUTION: In central conductors 51 to 53, which are integrally derived from a ground plate 54, the ground plate 54 abuts on the rear face of a ferrite 55 and the conductors are arranged via a side of the ferrite 55 by providing an insulating sheet interposed on the upper face of the ferrite 55. Matching capacitors C1 to C3 are soldered between capacitor connection terminals 54a to 54c, which are integrally derived from the ground plate 54 and port parts P1 to P3 of the center conductors 51 to 53 and they are connected. The electrode face is arranged to be vertical with respect to the main face of the ferrite.
