PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the noise removing characteristics of a noise filter by casing impedance, even when using a casing as a current path. SOLUTION: Output terminals D1 and D2 of a power source circuit 2 are respectively connected to the input terminals a1 and a2 of a first noise filter. The output terminals a3 and a4 of the first noise filter 3 are connected to the input terminal b1 of a second noise filter 4 and a casing 1 (a casing connecting point E1) of a second noise filter 4. The output terminals b2 and b3 of the second noise filter 4 are respectively connected to one power source output terminal S1 and the casing 1 (a casing connecting point E2). Furthermore, the other power source output terminal S2 is connected to the point E1. Additionally, the other power source output terminal S2 is connected to the point E1. Thus, it is possible to prevent the noise removing characteristics of the second noise filter 4 from deteriorating by a casing impedance.
