The invention concerns a fluid product dispensing device designed to be mounted on a container neck, said device comprising a dispensing member (1), such as a pump or a valve, and fixing means (2) for fixing the dispensing member on the container neck, said dispensing member comprising a body (10) forming at its upper end a flange (12) projecting outwards. The invention is characterised in that the fixing means comprise a substantially cylindrical ring (20) engaged on the body (10) under the flange, said ring (20) being in peripheral sealed contact by being radially clamped on said body.
