Process for working up used filter material produced from the filtration of rolling oils used for rolling aluminum foils and strips uses a scrubbing solution to produce rolling oil, kieselguhr, bleaching material and aluminum in the necessary quality to be reused in the rolling oil filtration. An Independent claim is also included for a recycling rolling oil, bleaching material or kieselguhr obtained from the process.
