PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative assembling method capable of attaining a robust product. SOLUTION: A resin molding 3 is formed with pairs of upper and lower pressure receiving pieces 10A, 10B, 11A, 11B having an L-shaped cross section in a protruding manner on the sides facing aluminum sections 1, 2 so that engagement grooves 12A, 12B, 13A, 13B formed out of the upper and lower receiving pieces may face each other. The aluminum section 1, 2 are formed with pairs of upper and lower pieces 4A, 4B, 5A, 5B having an L-shaped cross section in a protruding manner on the sides facing the resin molding 3. The front end pieces 4'A, 5'A of the pieces having an L-shaped cross section are relatively slide-fitted into the engagement grooves 12A, 12B corresponding to each other, so that the resin molding 3 and the aluminum sections 1, 2 are assembled. Then, the front ends of wedge pieces 8A, 8B formed on the opposed surface of the aluminum sections 1, 2 so as to be sloped and protruded above the upper-side pressure receiving pieces are brought into pressure-contact with the resin molding 3. As a result, the front end pieces 4'A, 5'A are brought into pressure- contact with the internal sides of the upper-side pressure receiving pieces 10A, 11A and the opposed surface of the aluminum sections are brought into pressure-contact with the external sides of the lower-side pressure receiving pieces 10B, 11B respectively. |
