PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an eye makeup cosmetic good in adhesion to eyelids, eyelashes, etc., without causing the sticking of lumps, uniformly applicable and excellent in heat stability. SOLUTION: This eye makeup cosmetic comprises (a) anα-olefin oligomer ingredient having 5,000-60,000 average molecular weight and 1,000-40,000 cP viscosity at 40 deg.C and (b) an emulsion polymer. Furthermore, the eye makeup cosmetic contains (c) fibers or further contains 0.3-30 wt.% of the ingredient (a).
