PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate and fix the length a connection pipe with a simple operation and provide excellent compactness and safety by connecting one end of a first transmitting means to a trigger switch, and regularly locating the other end in a position retreated from the end surface of a first tube regardless of the operation of the trigger switch. SOLUTION: In the state where a trigger switch 301 is not operated (a), the end surface of a major diameter part is located in a position retreated from the end surface of an upper case 314. In the state where the trigger switch 301 is operated (b), the end surface of the major diameter part is pushed out to the end surface side of the upper case 314 by the action of a link mechanism consisting of a rotating connection plate 381, a first connecting bar 383 and a second connecting bar 384, but the tip surface of the major diameter part is located in a position retreated from the end surface of the upper case 314. The tip surface of the major diameter part might injure the eyes or the like by a wrong operation if protruded over the end surface of the upper case 314, but it is safe in this state. The connection to a suction port having no structure of receiving the second connecting bar 384 can be performed.
