PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle empty cans by providing a safety groove and a can shift prevention means inside a cylindrical body and providing a magnet plate inside the body and further providing a can cutter blade in one of a plurality of blade insertion grooves formed along the magnet plate. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 1 is provided with a safety groove 2 for safely machining empty cans and a can shift prevention means 3 preventing the cut of a can from deforming at the inside. A magnet plate 4 for pressing the can cutting blade 6 by the magnetic force is provided inside the body. A plurality of blade insertion grooves 5 are formed along the magnet plate 4. The can cutting blade 6 is provided in one of a plurality of blade insertion grooves 5 according to the diameters of a part fitted to the can and the cut. When using it, the cutting blade 6 is replaced according to the diameters of the can and the cut. The safety groove 2 is made to face out and the body 1 is put on one's palm and an empty can is grasped by the other hand and the cutting side is inserted in the safety groove 2 and lightly pressed on the can cutting blade and the body 1 or the empty can is turned to cut it.
