PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable liquid to be easily filled in a liquid container without any germ or solution in the liquid container to be easily discharged in germless state even if an exclusive germfree filling machine or a dispenser is not used, liquid distilled in particular to be filled in the liquid container or the stored liquid distilled in its processing to be discharged out of the liquid container. SOLUTION: There is provided a filling jig 1 having a filling inlet port therein and the filling jig is fixed between the inlet port of the container and a filling device when liquid is filled in the liquid container where the filling inlet is sealingly closed by a membrane member. There are provided one opening end 1b that can be connected to the filling inlet port; the other opening end 1d that can be connected to the filling device; and an opening means 2 including a cut member 2a that can be protruded from the one opening end 1b toward the filling inlet port and a pressing member 2b protruding the cut member 2a toward the filling inlet port while an air-sealed state in the jig 1 is being maintained.
