PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the setting of an electrical appliance operating when an alarm is issued by operating the remote controller of the arbitrary electrical appliance near a security device and registering the remote control signal in a memory. SOLUTION: When a setting switch SW1 is pressed, a signal processing part 12 turns on a transistor TR1, lights a setting display light LED 1, turns on a transistor TR10, sends power to a remote control signal reception part 15 and set it to be a reception possible state. When an alarm is detected there, the key 31 of the remote controller 3 of an appliance to be operated is pressed near the remote control signal reception part 15. Thus, the remote control signal reception part 15 registers a signal in a memory circuit part 13. The memory circuit part 13 outputs a setting completion signal S11 to a signal processing part 12 and it turns off the transistor TR1, turns off the setting display light LED 1, turns on a transistor TR2 and lights a setting completion display light LED 2.
