PURPOSE: Provided is a method for applying high gloss topcoat on metallic equipment, which provides enhanced gloss, cubic effect or beauty sense of surface to the metal equipment, and which is relatively simple to practice, and can substantially improve uniformity of quality and productivity of the equipment. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) applying isolate layer on metallic equipment and drying the layer, (ii) removing impurities from the surface of the isolate layer(abrasion step), (iii) applying a transparent coating on the metallic equipment and drying the coating. The isolate layer is applied by spraying. The material for isolate layer is either epoxy resin based isolate or urethane resin based isolate depending on metal of the equipment.
