PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair remover capable of easily managing body hair with a sense of softly wiping off a skin by a little operation. SOLUTION: A hair remover 10 is constituted by forming a plurality of three-dimensional cutting edges 13 having cutting edge surfaces 12 to shave body hair at their ends on the surface of a sheet plate 11 while the cutting edge surfaces 12 are directed to a hair shaving direction X. The three- dimensional cutting edges 13 are formed in such a manner that the sheet plate 11 itself is subjected to a press working or cutting edge surface working. Specifically, each three-dimensional cutting edge 13 is formed by extruding one side part along a linear cutting line 14 and has a hollow three-dimensional configuration with a triangular shape in cross-section and an opening part 15 with a rectangular shape opened toward the hair shaving direction X. The cutting edge surface 12 is formed in the upper side part 16 of the opening part 15. The cutting edge surface 12 is formed inside both end parts 17 with both the ends 17 of the upper side part 16 left.
