PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat fixing structure that can easily adapt to different seat shapes and allows a child seat fixing member to be mounted/demounted easily on/from the main body. SOLUTION: Nuts 23 are fastened beneath a floor 21. An anchorage 30 holds a plurality of strikers 31 welded thereto, and consists of a pipe material with both ends bent into a U shape before pressed flat whereat mounting holes are formed. Bolts 60 are threaded via the mounting holes into the nuts 23 to fix the anchorage 30 on the floor 21. A lock device 11 of a child seat 10 is inserted between the lower portion of a seat back 41 and the rear portion of a seat cushion 42 until it is fixedly engaged with the strikers 31 of the anchorage 30.
