PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can securely lend a game medium from the pinball game machine side by returning a lending preparation signal to a processing unit and performing a preparation action necessary for lending a unit of game medium under the condition that a prize game medium is not being dispensed, when a lending requiring signal is received from a recording medium processing unit. SOLUTION: In a control unit 300 of a card processor attached to a game machine, value adding control to dispense a prize game medium from a dispensing means is conducted, and prize ball data for directing the number of the game media to dispense according to the game result is outputted from a game control means side to the control unit 300. The balance of a playable value specified by the recorded information in the recording medium is displayed on a card balance display 50, and it is displayed on a processor usability display 130 that the game medium can be lent based on the specified playable value. When a lending requiring signal is received, a lending preparation signal is returned to the card processor at a time when dispensing of a prize game medium is not operated to perform a preparation action necessary for lending a unit of game medium.
