PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively introduce and operate a silica-removing system provided with a silica-removing device by a reverse osmosis membrane method. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a finishing water tower 12d succeeding to a water washing part 12c of a vehicle washing machine, a silica- removing device 1 which removes impurities such as silica from a raw water by the reverse osmosis membrane method, a treatment water tank 9 storing the RO treated water obtained from the device and a raw water tank 9A storing the raw water. The water from the raw water tank is fed to a pre-washing part 12c comprised of a spray brush washing part 12a and 12b and the succeeding water washing part thereto, and the RO treated water from the treatment water tank is fed to a finishing washing part 12d of the finishing water tower succeeding to the pre-washing part. The pre-washing part and the finishing washing part are arranged at a distance of 2 m or more.
