PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoothly operable working machine without requiring skillfulness, and to provide an operation system thereof. SOLUTION: When an operation side link member 108 is turned, the movement is mechanically transmitted by an operation transmitting means 111 so as to displace an operation side movable part 112. When a relative displacement is thereby generated between the work side and the operation side movable parts 110, 112, a signal is output from a differential sensor 113, and the operation side link member 103 is turned. This turning movement is detected by a turning movement sensor 105, and a motor 109 is driven. The work side movable part 110 is displaced by the motor 109 so as to return the operation side movable part 112 to the relatively neutral position.
