摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely bend a work by measuring a distance from a reference position in loading to an inclined face when press force in the up and down direction is applied to a constituting part and detecting a deflection of a die in loading in the up and down direction based on a measured value in nonloading, a measured value in loading and an inclined angle of the inclined face. SOLUTION: An inclined face (first measuring face) 31 as well as a vertical second measuring face 33 are formed onto a back face of a lower die 15. A distance sensor 35 of a laser length measuring instrument, etc., is arranged. The distance from a prescribed position to the inclined face 31 and the second measuring face 33 in nonloading and loading is detected by the distance sensor 35. By conducting the detection in the same way at a plurality of places in the longitudinal direction of the lower die 15, a bent state in the up and down direction of the lower die 15 is found. An upper die 13 is arranged with a second measuring face 41 vertical to the inclined first measuring face 39, a bent state is found in the same way. Based on these states, the bending is precisely conducted by controlling an intermediate plate and a actuator for adjustment.
