<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems as the deterioration in folding properties, a large difference in tear strength in longitudinal and cross directions, the lack of tear properties, difficult decomposition in natural environment, high production costs by adding a specified amount of mineral powder as a main component, a specified amount of polyethylene, and a specified amount of additives. SOLUTION: A composition comprising about 56-80 wt.% of mineral powder as a main component, about 43-18 wt.% of polyethylene and about 1-2 wt.% of additives is used. In order to produce a paper film, pellets are supplied into an extruder 10. A secondary molding mold 1 having a circular die has an injection port on its surface. When the temperature of the extruder 10 is set at a temperature higher than the melting point of the pellets, the pellets are melted and transferred to the injection port of the mold 1 through a single internal passage 101 by the force generated directly by the two rotary screw of the extruder 10. The shape of a paper film tube 3 is maintained surely.</p> |
