PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove sand and waste simply in a tank sucking up water from a well or the like to store the same. SOLUTION: A tank 1 is horizontally arranged and well water or the like is allowed to flow in the tank 1 through the stop valves 2 respectively disposed at the lateral central part and upper part of the tank 1 and sand and waste are sedimented to be removed by a net 5 to obtain clean water. Further, an air vent valve 3 is also attached and a stop valve 2 for discharging waste water and waste is disposed at the lower part of the tank 1 and a tank placing stand 4 is fitted.
