PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fold for a person's eyelid by constituting a single-edged eyelid correcting device of cellophane which comprises a pasting part and is cut out into a shape with a partial curved side matched with an eyelid, eliminating unnecessary damage to the skin, and preventing symptoms of ingrown eyelashes. SOLUTION: A thin cellophane piece comprises a gently curved side 1 at an upper side part, is made of a material with elasticity such as cellophane or the like, and is provided with a rectilinear side 2 at a lower side part, and the lower side part of the cellophane piece with the rectilinear side 2 is fixed to a location in an eyelid at which a fold is made at the time of opening the eyelid in such a way as not to make a fold as stretching the eyelid. At the time of opening the eyelid, the eyelid is pressed inside by the curved side 1 of the cellophane piece to form a line which makes a new fold in the eyelid, and it is preferable to provide a pasting part in the back surface of the cellophane piece. By producing a eyelid correcting device through the use of a material with elasticity such as cellophane or the like, it is possible to secure satisfactory air passage and to eliminate unnecessary damage to the skin due to fixation by the pasting part.
