PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of being unalterable for a fin-lock type cap and also to provide a function of preventing a tamperevident band from falling after opening of the cap by a method wherein various kinds of devices are provided for a closure main body of a caulking-type closure and the cap. SOLUTION: In an unalterable closure structure A comprising a cap having a tamper-evident band 42 connected with a bridge part at its lower part and a closure 1 to which the cap is screwed down, the closure 1 is composed of a closure main body 2 and a caulking ring 3 and while a tapered part 22 is provided at the outer circumferential wall of the closure 2, a recessed part 24 to which a blade-like member 43 provided at the inner circumferential face of a tamper-evident band 42 is inserted is formed at the tapered part 22, and a caulking ring fitting part 25 to which a peripheral edge 51 of a container opening part 50 is inserted is provided at the underside of the tapered part 22.
