PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To package a commodity and to additionally decrease cost of packaging materials without using a molded cushioning material consisting of a foamed polystyrene resin, etc. SOLUTION: Flaps 20 and 22 are continuously provided on the top ends of a pair of side face sheets facing to each other of a box body wherein bottom face parts 15 are formed on the bottom ends of the first side face sheet 11 to the fourth side face sheet 14 and on one flap 22, an inside face sheet 24 vertically extending toward the top end through a folding line 18 and the first inside top face sheet 26 being continuously provided from the top end of the inside face sheet 24 through a folding line 25 are provided and a cavity 27 with approximately the same shape as the dimension of the outer shape so as to fix the top end part of a product is provided at the middle of the first inside top face sheet 26 and on another flap 20, a lid face sheet 28 is continuously provided through the folding line 16 and the first hooking piece 30 being continuously provided through a folding line 29 is provided on the top end of the lid face sheet 28.
