PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject dehydrating filter plate excellent in durability and enabling efficient filtration. SOLUTION: Drain groove parts 3 are formed by a large number of the projecting parts 3A formed on both surfaces of a dehydrating filter plate and the recessed parts 3B formed between the projecting parts 3A so that the projecting parts 3A are formed to one of both surfaces of the plate and the recessed parts 3B are formed to the other one of both surfaces of the plate at the same positions as the projecting parts. The projecting parts 3A are formed into a rectangular shape on a plan view and arranged so as to form lateral arrangement wherein the longitudinal direction of them is turned laterally and longitudinal arrangement wherein the longitudinal direction of them is turned longitudinally. These lateral and longitudinal arrangements are alternately repeated to form the drain groove parts 3 to both surfaces of the dehydrating filter plate.
