PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss of a filling liquid even when a beverage producing line is stopped for a long time. SOLUTION: A baverage producing line is equipped with a cushion tank 4 storing a product liquid, a heating sterilization apparatus 8 for heating and sterilizing the product liquid, a fine pressure tank 12 storing the product liquid sent from the heating sterilization apparatus 8 and having a level sensor, a pressure tank 22 for sending the product liquid to a filler 24 under pressure, the first changeover valve 14 provided between the heating sterilization apparatus 8 and the fine pressure tank 12 and the first return passage 15 connecting the first changeover valve 14 and the cushion tank 4 and the first changeover valve 14 is changed over by the signal from the level sensor. A second changeover valve 30 is provided between the pressure tank 22 and the filler 24 and the second return passage 32 connecting the second changeover valve 30 and the cushion tank 4 is provided and, when the filler 24 is stopped for a predetermined time or more, the second changeover valve 30 is changed over to the second return passage 34 to recover a liquid.
