<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent microbes from sticking to the inner surface and propagating by providing a structure and a material quality capable of preventing beverage or food from being left and adhering to the surface which is repeatedly subjected to the open air and with which the beverage or food comes into contact. SOLUTION: In this beverage supply device, for instance beer to be served as a drink is extracted from a beer cask 1 serving as a drink tank through a beverage supplying nozzle 8 in accordance when a cock is opened. The beverage supplying nozzle 8 is repeatedly exposed to the air every time after beer has passed. However, the surface with which beer and the air come into contact is made of a structure or a material quality which can prevent the passing beer from being left and adhering to the surface. In this way, even if after beer has passed and the inside is opened to the air, microbes intruding from the air or microbes mixed with the beer are prevented from propagating.</p> |
