In addition to it, in the case of SUSHI, soy-bean sauce is often dripped to make a table or clothes dirty while carrying SUSHI to the mouth after SUSHI is put into the small dish 1 and soaked in soy-bean sauce. However, when food is placed on the hill part 2c or the shallow part 2b of the dish 1, excessive sauce is not ingested since sauce dripping is easily interrupted. Besides, food does not get wet and the user easily eats it without making things dirty. Food with a parched bean flour or wheat flour or the like is eaten after shaking off flour.
