PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the fuel consumption and exhausting performance by improving dispersion in the EGR rate between respective cylinders. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas recirculation device of an internal-combustion engine including an intake pipe equipped with a collector distributing the intake air to the cylinders is configured so that the EGR gas from the exhaust system is fed to the intake pipe via an exhaust gas recirculation passage, wherein in the upstream of the collector 2, part of the intake pipe is coupled with the intake pipe portion 5 located downstream in such a manner that their axes intersect approximately perpendicularly and are offset from each other, and the intake pipe is furnished with an EGR gas lead-in part 8 in the upstream of the collector 2.
