PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature of a container bottom plate from being excessively elevated at the time of energizing a heating element in a state where liquid does not exist by providing a metallic endothermic plate between the heating element and a heat conducting plate. SOLUTION: Energizing is performed in the state of not putting the liquid inside a container, a part of heat generated before a detector is operated is used for heating the endothermic plate 18, the detector is operated during the time and energizing to the heating element 12 is stopped. Thus, the excessive temperature elevation of the container bottom plate 11a is prevented.
