PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To atomize a liq. even if a water level is changed by floating an atomizer in a basin or water tank or a large-capacity vessel with the water level changed drastically and to prevent the idling of an ultrasonic vibrator by detecting the water level by a water level detecting sensor when the water level is lowered and the bottom of a floating reaches the bottom. SOLUTION: In a floater 11 made of an expandable sponge, or the like, a lare-diameter part 11a, a cylindrical part 11b, a cavity 11c formed almost in the center of the large-diameter part 11a and the cylindrical part 11b and a water intake 11d communicating with the cavity 11c are formed. Further, a unit cooling point 11f is formed in the bottom 11e of the cylindrical part 11b, and when an ultrasonic unit 12 is inserted from the upper face of the cavity 11c of the floater 11, the face of an ultrasonic vibrator 2 to be irradiated with an ultrasonic wave is positioned practically beside the intake 11d.
