PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain tablets enabling a medicament of high pharmacological activity and low dose to be surely and easily included in themselves uniformly without using any volatile solvent as well, and to provide a method and system for producing such tablets. SOLUTION: Each of the tablets is such that an internal core 2 therein is constituted of a hot-meltable base including minute amounts of a medicament. The tablets are produced, for example, by liquefying a base under heating, intermittently issuing the base thus liquefied, and then coating the resultant base with a coating agent. The other objective system for producing the tablets is preferably such as to be equipped with an issuing unit comprising a pump for the force feed of the above base, a solenoid valve for blocking the flow channel for the base, and a controller therefor.
