摘要 A satellite communication system capable of coexisting with a ground radio system, excellent in wide region property, easiness in circuit setting and wide band characteristics, and capable of intending to perform a large capacity transmission by small-sized terminals in a ground region and reducing an interference given to the ground radio system in a marine region and an aviation region, is realized. As a satellite antenna beam for irradiating from a communication device mounted on a satellite to the earth, it has a 1st satellite antenna beam for irradiating an inside ocean region including at least a land and contacting with the land, and a 2nd satellite antenna beam for irradiating only an outside ocean region contacting with the inside ocean region. A communication service area is constituted by the 1st and 2nd antenna beams, and a frequency of the 1st satellite antenna beam is made higher than that of the 2nd satellite antenna beam, and is made wide in a band.
