PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the electric power consumption and manufacturing cost of a liquid crystal display device and more particularly an active matrix type liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: A shift register circuit is composed of RS type flip-flops 100 and trigger generating circuits 200 or sampling circuits 410 and two inverter circuits 430, by which the load capacitance of clock signal lines is halved. Pixel parts and driving circuit parts are applied to the driving circuit parts of the liquid crystal display devices produced of the same substrates by the same process, by which the embodiment of the display device of the low electric power consumption and the low cost is made possible. |
