PURPOSE:To uniformly disperse filler even when the filler having specific gravity difference is mixed with a resin by providing a throttled part reduced in wall thickness at a position close to a gate. CONSTITUTION:The molten resin injected into a mold from a gate is once suppressed in flow at the area on this side of a throttled part 12. Accompanied by this, ferrite having specific gravity difference is also once stopped on this side of the throttled part 12. Therefore, the flow of a molten resin starting from the throttled part 12 becomes slow flow uniformly containing ferrite and the molten resin is linearly sent into the mold from the entire surface of the throttled part. As a result, ferrite can be uniformly dispersed in a panel 2 after molding. Therefore, the irregularity of the magnetism applied to the panel 2 can be eliminated and a part where magnetic force becomes locally weak is eliminated. |
