PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sort a money heap in a money batch which is supplied to a money processing machine. SOLUTION: This method uses a separator card 18 which facilitates the continuous processing of individual money heaps without the need to stop a process between money heaps. The separator card 18 in use makes it possible to distinctively demarcate the individual money heaps and make the individual money heaps 16 of account data correspond to their attached separators when they are processed by the money processing machine.
