<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items of bearing structure of a gate rotor and to increase a reliability and efficiency by decreasing a temperature difference between a cylinder and a screw rotor to reduce a difference in thermal expansion. SOLUTION: This compressor is formed so that one shaft part 53 of a gate rotor main body 52 is supported by a cantilever bearing structure B1 and the gate rotor 51 is canti-levered on the gate rotor main body 52. A high-pressure chamber 55 extending from a delivery side to a suction side of the gate roller 51 is formed, and a cylinder 25 is heated by hot delivery gas inside the high- pressure chamber 55. By this, seizure of the screw rotor to the cylinder 25 or so-called a galling is eliminated, since a difference in thermal expansion between the screw rotor and the cylinder 25 is reduced, to increase reliability. In addition, a clearance between the screw rotor and cylinder 25 is reduced to increase an efficiency.</p> |
