PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the restrictions on design and to miniaturize a saw resonator by conductively connecting one pieces of reflector to an interdigital transducer(IDT) through its one electrode and to an inter-element connecting member through another electrode. SOLUTION: An electrode 18 is provided for connecting an electrode 10a of an IDT 10 and an electrode 12a of a reflector 12 and an electrode 20 is provided for connecting the electrode 12a of the reflector 12 to a circuit element. Further, reflectors 12b are mutually connected vertically alternately for each piece so that the electrode 12a of the reflector 12 can form a meandering planer inductor structure. The electrodes 12a are cut for each prescribed pitch, the meandering planar inductor structure is formed while bundling plural reflectors 12b and when the number of bundles of reflectors 12b is changed, an inductance value can be changed and set. Thus, it is not necessary to separately provide the planar inductor and a miniaturized SAW resonator and a miniaturized SAW device using the same can be provided.
