PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable photosensitive material superior in transportability at heat-development and scratch resistance and few in occur rence of pinhole troubles at the exposure and fluctuations of sensitivity during storage in high humidity and superior in dot quality and high in Dmax and in contrast. SOLUTION: This heat-developable photosensitive material contains an organic acid silver, a silver halide, a binder, a reducing agent and a contrast enhancing agent on a support and polymer latex is used as the binder, and a dimensional precision is within 0.1% after repeating, 4 heat development processings of the photosensitive materials of the same size.
