PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of part items. SOLUTION: When a power steering circuit 13 is used, contacts A and B for a contactor 22 are brought to continuity and discontinuity respectively, and a current is made to flow through the power steering circuit 13 via the contact A for the contator 22 and the secondary-side coil 5 of a transformer 7 for a charger 3 from a battery 1. Surge voltage is absorbed by an LC filter formed of the secondary-side coil 5 of the transformer 7 and a capacitor 14. When the battery 1 is charged, the contacts A and B for the contactor 22 are brought to the discontinuity and continuity respectively, and the current is made to flow through the primary-side coil 4 of the transformer 7 from an AC power 20. Induced currents generated in secondary-side coils 5 and 6 are made to flow through the secondary-side coils 5 and 6 via diodes 8 and 9, the battery 1 and the contact B for the contactor 22, and the battery 1 is charged. |
