摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fine adjustment of a resonance frequency and fine adjustment of filter characteristics by applying an adjusting process of the resonance frequency based on low temperature calcining comparable to the calcination temperature of electrode materials after the forming process of an electrode or the like composed of the metal materials. SOLUTION: After a ceramic block body 11 is calcined, an inner conductor 13 and an outer conductor 14 are formed by a method such as applying and burning electrically conductive paste. Next, the dielectric constant εr of a produced dielectric coaxial resonator 10 is measured, a processing temperature and processing time in an adjusting process of a resonance frequency f0 based on low temperature calcining are determined from the relation with the target dielectric constant εr, and the low temperature calcination process is applied for 1 to 3 hours within a temperature range of 800 to 900 deg.C under atmospheric environment. Thus, the resonance frequency f0 is adjusted within the desired range and the dielectric coaxial resonator 10, for which the post-processing such as applying the grinding process to the ceramic block body 11 is not required, can be provided. Besides, production yield can be remarkably improved.
