PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling efficiency by easily and surely filling a coil with thermal conductive particles. SOLUTION: After a stator coil 15 is soaked into the alcohol solution 16 mixing the BN particles 18, a stator coil 15 is dried up. Next, resin is impregnated into this stator coil 15 and it is then thermally hardened. Thereby, the BN particles 18 deeply enter the inside of the stator coil 15, the BN particles 18 located at the area near the surface of the stator coil 15 dissolve at the time of impregnation of resin allowing co-existence of the BN particles 18 and thereby the resin having improved thermal conductivity can surely be impregnated within the stator coil 15. Accordingly, the cooling efficiency of the stator coil 15 that is formed by thermally hardening the stator coil 15 can be improved distinctively.
