PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking navigation system which enables a user to enjoy cooking. SOLUTION: The cooking navigation system 1 after retrieving a menu through touch panel operation on the liquid crystal screen of a terminal 11 sets the terminal 11 to a station 9 and downloads a navigation object (compressed moving picture information) from a center 3 through the Internet. The user cooks while viewing a moving picture obtained by reproducing the navigation object.
