PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make dynamically constitutable a user interface for retrieval condition input and a user interface for retrieval result output as a user intends to perform retrieval. SOLUTION: A user interface constitution information managing means 10 manages pieces of user interface constitution information 11, a user interface constituting means 20 for retrieval condition input dynamically constitutes a user interface 21 for retrieval condition input for allowing a user to input retrieval conditions of medical treatment information based on the user interface constitution information 11 selected by the user interface information managing means 10, and a user interface constituting means 30 for retrieval result output dynamically constitutes a user interface 31 for retrieval result output for allowing the user to refer to the retrieval result medical treatment information based on the user interface constitution information 11 selected by the managing means 10.
