PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and economically fix a permanent magnet, when a magnetic pole of a single pole in a plurality of the poles is formed by the permanent magnet divided into a plurality of parts. SOLUTION: A magnet spacer 13 formed of a magnetic material is made to be protrude in the diametrical direction of a rotor core 11 over its peripheral direction in a central part relating to an axial direction of the rotor core 11. In addition, permanent magnets 12a, 12b adjacent in the axial direction are made to be opposed each other, and these permanent magnets 12a, 12b are attracted respectively by magnetic force thereof to both surfaces of the magnet spacer 13, so as to fix the permanent magnets 12a, 12b.
