When the winding 2 is wound using the magnetic pole 1-3 as the winding core, the insulating member 3 changes its form in such a way as to reduce the gap 4 of the pole shoe side from the central position of the magnetic pole part 1-3, and to make the point 3-5 of the insulating member press contact the point of the pole shoe 1-2.
