PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image sensor validly and effectively realizing the simplification of constitution, cost down or the like. SOLUTION: An image sensor consists of an irradiating device for irradiating an original, a sensor substrate 14 having a sensor for converting reflected light from the original to an image signal and outputting it, and a frame 11 including an image formation element for image-forming the reflected light on the sensor. A fixing member 12 for fixing the substrate 14 to the frame 11 is made of resin. The fixing member is made of the antistatic resin having 1×104 to 1×1014 ohm electric surface resistance ratio. The member 12 has a pressing function for pressing the substrate 14 to the frame 11 and a detaching and attaching function for repeatedly detaching and attaching from the frame 11.
