PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacture cost and to securely eject articles of various sizes, one by one, without using any adapter. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an article passage which extends vertically, an article payout drum 21 which is provided rotatably on a rotary shaft, and a driving motor 23 which drives and rotates the article payout drum 21 when an article is vended. The article payout drum 21 has a vended article support surface 31 which is arranged outside the rotary shaft and formed in an arcuate shape recessed toward the rotary shaft and supports a vended article S in vending standby mode and sends the vended article S to one of partition walls 14 and a next vended article support surface 32 which extends coaxially with the rotary shaft and supports a next vended article in vending mode and the article passage has a wide part for allowing the vended article S to pass at the lower end part of one partition wall 14.
