PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable low power consumption, while realizing stable operation of equipment to be supplied with power. SOLUTION: This device 100 is constituted by providing with a voltage regulator 110 stabilizing voltage fed from a power supply to circuit a prescribed voltage and supplying an object equipment with the voltage and a low-voltage detecting 120 monitoring output voltage from the voltage regulator 110 and outputting a low-voltage detecting signal to the object equipment, when the output voltage from the voltage regulator 110 lowers to the first voltage or lower, while releasing the low-voltage detecting signal being output to the object equipment, when the output voltage from the voltage regulator 110 recovers to the second voltage larger than the first voltage. In this case, a reference power supply 131 and a feedback resistor 132 for the voltage regulator 110 and the low-voltage detector 120 are used in common.
